The Shakespeare Competition is hosted by the Shakespeare Festival on SUU Campus. Students from all across Utah and other states come to perform different types of Shakespeare pieces that are judged by professional actors. Most of the events are this Friday/Saturday. We've got 7 students who are competing in our Ensemble Scene from Hamlet: Cecely Bingham, Jason Carlise, Adam Howser, Wes Howser, Laura Nelson, Chloe Sudweeks, and Addie Tuttle. Adam, Chloe, and Addie are also competing with a monologue. Jason and Cecely are competing in a scene. They'll also participate in different acting workshops and have a chance to see some productions by the Shakespeare Festival.
